The Women for Africa Foundation invites applications for the Women for Africa Learn Africa Canarias Program (online) in Spain for the 2022/23 academic year.

The main goal of the foundation is to enable African women researchers and scientists to tackle the great challenges faced by Africa through research in health and biomedicine, sustainable agriculture and food security, water, energy and climate change.

Worth of Award

These online scholarships cover registration, tuition fees and certificate issuance costs.



To be eligible, the candidate must

  • Be a woman and have the nationality of an African country.
  • Be enrolled in an African university or have a university degree issued in an African country. The degree required may vary depending on the scholarship requested.
  • Have a stable internet connection and the appropriate technical equipment (computer, laptop, tablet …). All courses are online.
  • Fulfill the specific requirements and have the technical/technological material required for the scholarship you are applying for.
  • Submit only one application.
