The society of Architectural historians invites application for the 2014 fellowships which include;
Rosann S. Berry Fellowship: Awards one fellowship of up to $1,000 annually supports the travel of an advanced graduate student member of SAH whose paper has been accepted for delivery at the SAH annual conference.
George R. Collins Fellowship: awards one annual fellowship of up to $1,000 supports the travel of an international scholar (non-US Passport) whose paper on a nineteenth- or twentieth-century topic has been accepted for delivery at the SAH annual conference. Prior recipients of the Collins Fellowship are not eligible.
Spiro Kostof Fellowship: offers One fellowship of up to $1,000 annually supports the travel of an advanced graduate student member of SAH whose paper has been accepted for delivery at the SAH annual conference.
SAH Annual Conference Graduate Student Fellowships: awards Fellowships of up to $1,000 each support the attendance of advanced international graduate students whose papers have been accepted for delivery at the SAH annual conference. Research areas include Europe in the nineteenth and twentieth centuries as well as built environments world wide (other than Europe) from ancient times to the present.
SAH Annual Conference Independent Scholar Fellowship: Fellowships of up to $1,000 each supports the travel of an independent scholar whose paper has been accepted for delivery at the SAH annual conference. An independent scholar is anyone who conducts scholarly research outside universities and traditional academia.
SAH Annual Conference Senior Scholar Fellowships: The annual fellowships of up to $1,000 each support the travel of senior-level, international scholars whose papers have been accepted for delivery at the SAH annual conference. Research areas include Europe in the nineteenth and twentieth centuries as well as built environments world wide (other than Europe) from ancient times to the present.
Scott Opler Emerging Scholar Fellowships: Fellowships of up to $1,000 each support emerging scholars whose papers have been accepted for delivery at the SAH annual conference. Although not restricted by subject area, applicants must be an emerging scholar, a person who, regardless of age, is within five years of having received a terminal degree (PhD) in architectural history or a related discipline. The valid dates (emerging scholar) for the 2014 award is 2007-2012.
Scott Opler Graduate Student Fellowships: Fellowships of up to $1,000 each support the travel of advanced graduate students whose papers have been accepted for delivery at the SAH annual conference. Although not restricted by subject area, applicants must be advanced graduate students in the field of architectural history or a related discipline.
Beverly Willis Architecture Foundation Travel Fellowship: One fellowship of $1,500 supports the travel of a speaker whose paper has been accepted for delivery at the SAH annual conference. The award is granted to the paper that is a positive focus on women in architecture.
Keepers Preservation Education Fund Fellowship: One Fellowship of up to $1,000 annually supports the attendance of a graduate student in Historic Preservation at the SAH Annual Conference. Preference will be given to a graduate student whose paper has been accepted for delivery at the SAH Annual Conference.
Samuel H. Kress Foundation Fellowships: The fellowships of up to $1,000 each support the travel of international scholars at all levels whose papers have been accepted for delivery at the SAH annual conference. Research areas must be the built environment of Europe from ancient times to the nineteenth century.

To apply for a fellowship or grant:

- All applications must be made online
- Unless otherwise stated, fellowship and grant applications may be submitted through the SAH Website.
- Note that only currently open fellowships that are receiving applications will be listed.
- Submitting a recommendation must be made online.
Deadline: Applications for the fellowships will be accepted from August 1-September 6, 2014.
