Applications are invited from suitably qualified and motivated individuals to take up new PhD studentship opportunities in the School of Law, Politics and Sociology at the University of Sussex. Studentships (partial fee waivers) are available from September 2014 for a period of three years.
Worth of Awards: A fee reduction of £2,500 (home) or £5,000 (overseas) per student.
The School is particularly keen to encourage applications in cross-disciplinary research areas and has initially highlighted the following priority fields of inquiry: social inclusion, health and citizenship, democracy and citizenship, global civil society, corruption and anti-corruption, migration and mobility, European integration, governance in the digital age, constitutional change, solidarity, security, and responsibilities and rights.
