The University College London invites applications from South African teachers for the IOE-Clarke scholarship in the UK for the 2021/2022 academic session.

The IOE is delighted to have received a donation from the family of their previous Director Sir Fred Clarke to provide scholarships for teachers from South Africa.

Worth of Award

These scholarships:

  • will cover return flights to London, course tuition fees, and a monthly stipend for accommodation and subsistence in London.

Eligibility

Candidates should be:

  • practicing school teachers
  • nationals and residents in South Africa
  • have an unconditional offer to study a campus-based masters’ degree at the UCL Institute of Education for entry in September / October 2021.
  • Please note that online courses are not eligible for these scholarships.

  • Please include your student ID number in the email

Deadline: Applications must be submitted on or before May 3, 2021 (5 pm London time).
