Pulitzer Center in the USA is inviting applications for the International Reporting Grants for freelance and staff journalists as well as assignment editors in 2020. Worth of Award: Awards cover reporting costs and are based on reasonable, detailed budgets. The Dag Hammarskjöld Fund for Journalists is now accepting applications from professional journalists for the 2020 United Nations Journalism Fellowship program in New York. Worth of Award: The United Nations Journalism Fellowship Fund will provide round-trip airfare to New York; accommodations; health insurance for the duration of the fellowship, and a daily allowance to cover food and other necessities. R60,000 Sanlam Awards for Excellence in Financial Journalism in South Africa 2019

The Sanlam Awards for Excellence in Financial Journalism is awarded for excellent achievement in financial reporting in South Africa in 2019.Worth of Award: The winner of each category receives a prize of R25 000 while the overall winner receives an additional R35 000, and the best newcomer merit award amounts to R20 000. Deadline: February 28, 2020. Poynter-Koch Media and Journalism Fellowship in USA for Journalists and Storytellers 2020

Charles Koch Institute in the USA is currently offering the Poynter-Koch Media and Journalism Fellowship in USA 2020 for journalists and storytellers. The fellowship program begins with the opening summit June 2020, in Washington, D.C.
