2. Engage in regular Exercise

3. Drink a lot of Water

Your brain, heart, lungs, kidneys, skin, muscles, and bones are largely composed of water.  Water also regulates temperature and maintains other body functions which are key to maintaining good health.

4. Get yourself some good Sleep

Yet another way international students can maintain health and hygiene is by getting adequate and quality sleep. A good night’s sleep has a way of improving your mood, keeps your mind alert and makes you function better generally. It also keeps your body rested and rejuvenated thus further improving your well being mentally and physically.

5. Maintain a Balanced Diet

A balanced diet furnishes the body with so many benefits. For instance, it keeps the body nourished, refreshed, provides energy, reduces excess cholesterol, improves the immune system and maintains body weight. Maintaining a balanced diet enables the body function optimally and drastically reduces your tendency to fall sick.
