Wuhan University in China is inviting applications for the Confucius Institute Scholarship for Undergraduates and Masters Students in 2023.
Wuhan University (WHU) is a comprehensive and key national university directly under the administration of the Ministry of Education. It is also one of the “211 Project” and “985 Project” universities with full support in the construction and development from the central and local governments of China.
The University is a key university directly under the administration of the Ministry of Education of the People’s Republic of China. It is located in Wuhan, the capital of Hubei Province, and known as “the thoroughfare leading to nine provinces”. The university features spectacular natural surroundings with the scenic Luojia Hill in it and the beautiful East Lake by its side.
Worth of Award
The Confucius Institute Scholarship provides;
- Full coverage on tuition fee,
- Accommodation fee,
- Living allowance and comprehensive medical insurance expenses.
- The tuition fee does not cover textbook expenses and tourist tickets.
Eligibility
To be considered eligible;
- Applicant must not own Chinese citizenship,
- Aged between 16 and 35,
- Applicants should be in good health condition, (Applicant is currently working in a Chinese language teaching position shall not exceed the age limit of 45.
- Undergraduate students shall not exceed the age limit of 25).
