Centenary taught masters scholarships for overseas students at the Institute of Education, University of London.
For these awards, the IOE encourages applications from those who plan to work either in their home country, or another, to improve the circumstances of disadvantaged, excluded or underachieving citizens. They are particularly interested in hearing how a proposed programme of study would enable applicants to address these issues, and are keen to receive applications from potential students who would not be able to undertake this level of study without the scholarship.
In 2011/12 they are offering two Centenary Taught Masters Scholarships. The scholarships cover the cost of tuition fees and provide a bursary for living expenses for one academic year.
Who can apply? You need to be a non-EU national who has not previously studied or resided for more than one year in the UK. You must also meet the entry requirements to study a masters programme at the IOE. The awards are for full-time courses only.
Deadline for the 2011/2012 session is May 16. Please check back for updates on next year’s awards. You can also find out more by clicking here
