Employees may be eligible for up to 100% reimbursement of tuition costs for company-approved college courses. In addition to that, they offer a scholarship program for children of employees valued at $3,000 per year to 10 recipients, it’s renewable!
5.Comcast
This organisation offers up to $5,750 annually in tuition reimbursement. It also provides support to both undergraduate and graduate students in job-related academic fields such as communications. Relevant online degree programs may be free of charge but participating employees must maintain a high GPA.
6. Starbucks
The Starbucks partners with Arizona State University (ASU). This partnership makes employees eligible to earn their bachelor’s degree with full tuition coverage all the way to graduation. This offer is available at ASU’s top–ranked online degree program.
7. Verizon Wireless
Verizon’s Learning LINK program has gained a reputation as one of the more generous corporate tuition reimbursement plans available. Full-time employees receive up to $8,000 annually and part-timers up to $4,000. Employees can apply funds to tuition at select colleges and universities.

Employees pursuing a job-related degree or training program may receive up to $5,250 a year through Bank of America’s tuition reimbursement plan. The bank determines eligibility based on income.

Regular, full-time employees may receive up to $5,250 per the calendar year in tuition reimbursement. This is for courses related to their current or future responsibilities at Oracle. Management approval is required.
10. Fidelity Investment
Employees are eligible to apply for tuition reimbursement for up to 90% for certain costs and up to $10,000 per year. Eligibility is subject to manager approval and the coursework must be at an accredited college or university and work-related.
11. AT&T
Awards up to $5,250 a year toward the cost of job-related degree programs. AT&T makes its tuition reimbursement program available to all full-time employees. The company reimburses undergraduates with $20,000 in tuition costs and $25,000 for approved graduate programs.

Chipotle provides debt-free education for both full and part-time employees to develop more in their career. It offers up to $5,250 per year in tuition assistance.
13. McDonalds
McDonalds is not left out with it’s ‘Archways to OpportunityTM‘ program. The McOpCo full-time Store Manager Trainees, Certified Swing Managers, Department Managers, or General Managers are eligible for $5,250 in tuition assistance. This is as long as they have and maintain a performance rating of “significant performance” throughout the course/program.
Its restaurant Crew, Floor Supervisors, Shift Manager Trainees, Primary Maintenance, or other part-time employees are eligible for $700 in assistance each year. This also comes with some additional eligibility requirements.
14. Disney
Disney company offers a generous tuition reimbursement plan to all members of its workforce. Job-related programs are fully covered in addition to covering up to $700 per credit unit. Disney also reimburses the full cost of all textbooks and $100 worth of materials per course.
