Zukunftskolleg is offering the AAA Fellowships to support early career researcher from Africa, Asia, and Latin America in 2019. Worth of Award: Funding follows DAAD rules and will include a stipend of 1.200€/ month and a contribution to travelling to Konstanz and back. The Zukunftskolleg will not offer employment contracts for AAA fellows. AGRA Borel Global Fellows Programme at the University of Delaware in USA 2019

The Alliance for a Green Revolution in Africa (AGRA) invites applications for the Borel Global Fellows Programme in the College of Agriculture and Natural Resources at the University of Delaware, USA, in 2019. Worth of Award: Each Borel Global Fellow will receive generous financial support including: A stipend to cover living expenses while in Delaware (stipends vary by program; current minimum is $18,000/year). A stipend of $1,125 per month covering up to eight months support for the African “in residence” portion of the fellowship. Deep Learning Indaba in Africa is currently accepting applications and nominations for the Wangari Maathai Impact Award in 2019. Worth of Award: In partnership with Black in AI, the winner will receive a fully-sponsored trip to attend NeurIPS 2019 and the Black in AI workshop, co-located with NeurIPS, in December 2019. Fully Funded Kashim Ibrahim Fellowship Programme in Kaduna for Nigerian Youths 2019

The Governing Board of the Kashim Ibrahim Fellowship Programme invites applications from candidates interested in being considered for the 2019/2020 class of Fellows. Worth of Award: Fellows will receive salary and benefits equivalent to that of a Special Assistant to the Governor from the Ministry, Department or Agency for which they work. Newton International Post-doc Fellowship for non-UK scientists in UK 2019

The Royal Society in the UK invites applications for the Newton International Fellowship for non-UK scientists who are at an early stage of their research career and wish to conduct research in the UK in 2019. Worth of Award: Newton Fellowships last for two years. Funding consists of £24,000 per annum for subsistence costs, and up to £8,000 per annum research expenses, as well as a one-off payment of up to £3,000 for relocation expenses (£2,000 for EEA nationals).
