University College London-Energy offers a scholarship for the new MSc Energy Systems and Data Analytics (ESDA) programme open to candidates from any country who must hold an offer for the MSc in Energy Systems and Data Analytics for the 2018/19 academic year.
The scholarship, open to UK, EU, and overseas students, will be awarded based on merit, with applicants being scored on their academic and professional excellence in related fields.
The MSc ESDA is the first programme of its kind in the UK, combining the study of Energy Systems with Data Science. MSc ESDA students will gain a multi-sector multi-vector understanding of Energy Systems, while developing advanced statistical and machine learning skills and getting practical experience in data analysis.

Worth of Award
Awards of £4,540 to two students is available specifically for the MSc in Energy Systems and Data Analytics (ESDA) programme.

Eligibility

  • Candidates can be from any country but must hold an offer for the MSc in Energy Systems and Data Analytics for the 2018/19 academic year.
  • The scholarship, open to UK, EU and overseas students, will be awarded based on merit, with applicants being scored on their academic and professional excellence in related fields.

How to Apply

  • You will need to hold an offer, conditional or unconditional, of a place on the MSc in Energy Systems and Data Analytics at UCL in order to apply for the scholarship.
  • You are advised to submit your application for this degree at UCL in good time for the Admissions Office and the academic department to process and respond to your application
  • In the ‘supporting statement’ section you should state, in no more than 500 words, why you should be considered for the scholarship. Please include other support sought or gained from the employer and/or other external bodies, e.g. financial/ in-kind support/time for study.

Deadline: applications close 16:00, Monday 18th June 2018.
