The Engineering Institute of Technology, Australia, is inviting prospective undergraduate and postgraduate students to apply for the inaugural Dean’s scholarship for 2018. Scholarship in Australia

The key objective of the Engineering Institute of Technology (EIT) is to provide an outstanding practical engineering and technology education; from Diplomas through to Masters Degrees. The finest engineering lecturers and instructors, with extensive real engineering experience in the industry, are drawn from around the world. The learning is gained through synchronous, online (eLearning) technologies. Scholarship in Australia

– Undergraduate (All BSc’s)

– Postgraduate Coursework (All Master degrees)

Worth of Award

  • This scholarship provides eligible students: 10% off their tuition fee
  • Only covers tuition fees and does not cover any other international student expense

Eligibility

This Scholarship in Australia is only for:

  • Students with an overall IELTS of 6.0 with no individual band less than 6.0. (this can be comparable to other English Language Proficiency Tests).
  • Students with no more than 5 backlogs (fails)
  • Students who can provide evidence of a good aptitude in Mathematics
  • International, full fee-paying, non-sponsored students
  • Students commencing studies at EIT’s Western Australia campus in 2018
  • Students commencing full-time, on-campus study

Please note that this scholarship: 

  • Is NOT available to Australian citizens
  • Will be credited to recipient’s fee account at commencement of studies and cannot be accessed by them
  • Will not be extended beyond its prescribed duration or amount unless notified otherwise by EIT
  • Can be revoked at the discretion of EIT if recipient already has a scholarship or sponsorship
  • Can be revoked if the recipient does not accept their Letter of Offer or enrol in their course by the date specified
  • Cannot be retained if a recipient defers their studies beyond a 2018 start date
  • Cannot be transferred to EIT online study outside Western Australia

To prevent the scholarship being revoked, the recipient:

  • Must remain enrolled in initial course and major of study unless approved by EIT
  • Must maintain a full time enrolment of 27 credits for undergraduate, and 24 credits for masters for the full 1st year of study
  • Cannot take a leave of absence or withdraw from their units or course of study
  • Cannot be terminated from studies
