Coventry University Scholarships open for applications for September intake for self-funded International fee-paying students applying for a full-time undergraduate degree programme.

In order to obtain a Tier 4 student visa, applicants are required to demonstrate that they have the correct level of English language competency to study in the UK. The requirements differ dependent on whether they are applying to study a Foundation or Pre-Sessional English programme or those who wish to study at undergraduate or postgraduate degree level.
Scholarship is available for pursuing the undergraduate programme to learn any of the courses offered by the university.

Eligibility
Coventry Academic Performance Scholarship: Self-funded International fee-paying students applying for a full-time undergraduate. Must hold:

  • Specific academic qualifications (at least two of three A-levels at grade A or equivalent qualifications)
  • Understanding of course and motivation to study at Coventry
  • Extra-curricular or work experience

Future Global Leaders Scholarship:

  • Self-funded and fee paying international students
  • Offer holder for a full-time undergraduate course

Must hold: Specific academic qualifications.
Faculty of Business and Law – International Dean’s Excellence in Academia Scholarship (IDEAS): 

  • Self-funded and fee paying international students
  • Offer holder for a full-time undergraduate course within the Business and Law faculty

Must hold: Specific academic qualifications.
Faculty of Engineering, Environment & Computing – International Dean’s Excellence in Academia Scholarship (IDEAS):

  • Self-funded and fee paying international students
  • Offer holder for a full-time undergraduate course within the Engineering, Environment & Computing faculty

Must hold: Specific academic qualifications.
Faculty of Health & Sciences – International Dean’s Excellence in Academia Scholarship (IDEAS):

  • Self-funded and fee paying international students
  • Offer holder for a full-time undergraduate course within the Health & Life Sciences faculty.

Must hold:

  • Specific academic qualifications.

Faculty of Arts & Humanities – International Dean’s Excellence in Academia Scholarship (IDEAS):

  • Self-funded and fee paying international students

Nigeria High Achievers Scholarship: Fee-paying Nigerian students applying for a full-time undergraduate course

  • Extra-curricular or work experience.

How to Apply
Students can apply through one of the following ways

  • Online application form
  • Downloadable application form
  • If students are an EU undergraduate student, they must apply through UCAS
  • Through one of Universities local offices in China, Kenya, Nigeria, Indonesia and Pakistan.
  • When applying, students will need to select which course they are applying for.

The International Office will need the following information in order to make a decision on application:

  • All academic transcripts
  • Copies of degree/diploma certificates or work reference if employed
  • One academic reference
  • The English language tests score
  • Personal statement
  • Copy of current passport

Deadline: The deadline to apply for this September 2017 scholarship is June 30, 2017.
