The Intajour Fellowship Program is a ten-month-long course called “Journalism in the Digital World”. The next batch starts on September 2, 2012 and consists of attendance phases as well as e-learning phases. Skills Taught
By participating in the ‘Journalism in the Digital World’ program, Fellows acquire skills in the following fields:
- Investigative research
- Journalistic forms of presentation on the internet
- Technical production of web content
- Filming and editing webvideos
- Journalism and ethics: freedom and responsibility in the media
- Internet politics
How to Apply
Applications are accepted online. The link to the online form is on their website.
You will be required during application to enter your personal information, names and addresses of referees – Intajour will contact the referees. The designated persons may not be your employer or supervisor. Any other person who knows you well personally or professionally and can offer an assessment of you is acceptable.
Full-time editorial staff should also attach a letter of confirmation from their supervisor that in the case of a successful application they will be given permission to participate in the attendance phases while continuing to be paid, and that the editorial department will provide support in a manner customary for the company during the challenging e-learning phase.
