The application deadline for admission and scholarship to the University of Cambridge is drawing to a close. There are a number of scholarships open to international students, especially those from Africa and developing countries. Some are listed below:
Cambridge International Scholarships Scheme 2013 – 2014
The University of Cambridge will offer, via the Cambridge Trusts, approximately 80 Cambridge International Scholarships to Overseas Students who embark on a research course in the 2013 – 2014 academic session. The awards will be made on a competitive basis to those applicants considered by their departments to be the most outstanding.

Nanoscience/Engineering Cambridge Scholarship for International Students
The PhD scholarship is open to all international (non-EU) applicants to the University of Cambridge to study Nanoscience or Engineering.

2013 – 2014 Gates Cambridge International Scholarships, UK
Gates Cambridge Scholarships are prestigious international full-cost scholarships awarded to outstanding applicants from outside the UK to pursue a full-time graduate degree in any subject available at the University of Cambridge.

Wolfson OCS Scholarship for Kenyans at University of Cambridge
The scholarship is open to students from Kenya who want to undertake a one-year taught postgraduate or masters course at the University of Cambridge beginning in October 2013.

Hughes Hall Cambridge International PhD Scholarship
This fully funded scholarship is open to any international (non-EU) student currently studying for a one-year postgraduate degree at the University of Cambridge, who is a member of Hughes Hall to do a PhD at the University starting in October 2012.

Scholarship for Rwandans at University of Cambridge
The Rwanda Cambridge Scholarship is open to postgraduate applicants who are citizens of Rwanda and who are prepared to return to the country after their study to contribute to its development. It is sponsored by the Ministry of Education, Rwanda.
